bdok1 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between bdok1 ("Platform", "we", "our") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user"). bdok1 provides an online gaming and betting service designed specifically for players in Bangladesh.

In these Terms, "Account" means a personal membership registered on bdok1; "Balance" means the funds held in your account; "Bonus" means any promotional reward offered by us; and "Services" means all games, sports betting and related sections operated by bdok1.

• bdok1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.

To open an account on bdok1, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account on bdok1 and use its services. If any user does not comply with this age requirement, bdok1 reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit the associated balance.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts being closed, and the balance and bonuses may be forfeited where applicable.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. bdok1 may conduct identity verification ("KYC") at any time and may request supporting documents. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.

• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

All financial transactions on bdok1 are governed by the following rules:

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdok1 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks). New methods may be added in the future.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. bdok1 may take additional time where identity verification is required or in the case of unusual transactions.

• Full identity verification on the account is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal method be the same.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, bdok1 may place the withdrawal on hold.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

bdok1 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 adds the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• The time limit for using a bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash before wagering is completed.
• bdok1 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.
• If the terms of an offer are breached, bdok1 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.1 Fraud & Manipulation

Any form of fraudulent activity, attempting to influence game outcomes using software, or exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

5.2 Money Laundering

Using the bdok1 platform for the purpose of money laundering is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

• Placing bets using bots or automated methods is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account is prohibited.
• Harmful activity directed at bdok1's systems or servers is prohibited.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating an account for another person is prohibited.

6.1 Game Outcomes

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or loss of connection, the bet will be settled in accordance with the policy set by bdok1. In such situations, our decision will be considered final.

• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of incorrect odds being published, bdok1 reserves the right to cancel or recalculate the bet.

7.1 VIP Tiers

• Bronze tier: benefits of up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: benefits of up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: benefits of up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on active participation and regular gaming activity on the platform. Details of the specific benefits for each tier will be published separately by bdok1. bdok1 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

• In the event of the account holder's death, following an application by a lawful heir.

Users may also request account closure of their own accord. In this case, any remaining balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned subject to eligibility.
